2026年台灣政治學會年會

人工智慧（AI）的快速發展正全面重塑政治學的研究分析與發現之產出模式。本次會議旨在鼓勵與會者在應用AI之際，深度思考其對政治學的結構性衝擊：首先，在研究主題上，AI 成為民主治理、威權韌性、政治參與、政策制定與國際安全等的關鍵變數；其次，在研究方法上，大型語言模型、文本分析、自動化編碼與模擬技術正在改變許多議題的研究方式，也引發可重製性與內容詮釋的爭議；第三，在研究成果與學術規範上，AI 深度介入甚至是取代了論文寫作、資料分析乃至於文章審查，對既有的學術倫理及誠信形成巨大挑戰；第四，在課堂教學上，AI 顛覆了傳統的訓練方法，卻又強化了對批判性思維的要求。在 AI 時代的快速變化中，政治學界要如何重新界定學科邊界、學術發展、公共角色與社會責任，是吾人刻不容緩，必須正視的迫切議題。

The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping how analysis and findings are generated in political science research. The conference aims to encourage participants to ponder the structural impact AI has had on the discipline.

First, AI has become a critical variable in studies of democratic governance, authoritarian resilience, political participation, policymaking, international security and so on. Secondly, Large Language Models (LLMs), text analysis, automatic coding and simulation technologies are altering research methodologies across numerous issues while simultaneously stirring controversy regarding replication and content implications.

Additionally, the profound integration of AI has begun to replace traditional essay writing, data analysis and even peer reviews, posing a significant threat to academic ethics and integrity. Finally, within the classroom, traditional academic training has been confronted by AI; on the other hand, it heightens the necessity for critical thinking.

In the era of swift AI transformation, it is an urgent and crucial issue for the political science academia to redefine its boundaries, academic development, public roles and social responsibility. We sincerely welcome participants from all backgrounds to share experiences and insights and freely express their unique opinions. Through this, we hope to bridge academic research with real-world challenges and maximize their values.
